Yes. We provide experienced operational leadership, allowing owners to step back without losing oversight or ownership.
What's the difference between an Outsourced Managing Director and an Interim Managing Director?+
An Interim Managing Director typically fills a temporary vacancy. An Outsourced Managing Director provides experienced executive leadership as an ongoing service tailored to your needs.
Do I still own my business?+
Yes - completely. You retain 100% ownership throughout the engagement. Maison Thrivé operates on your behalf, not in place of you. In select circumstances, we're also open to discussing a partnership structure where a share of ownership sits alongside (or replaces) part of a fee - but that's the exception, and only where it's genuinely right for both sides. A confidential first conversation is the best way to shape what fits.
How involved do I need to remain?+
That depends entirely on your goals. Some owners remain closely involved while others step back almost completely.
Can you prepare my business for sale?+
Yes. We can strengthen operations, improve governance and support succession or exit planning where appropriate.
How is a Stewardship engagement typically structured?+
Every engagement is bespoke. We agree scope, involvement, reporting cadence and duration up front - usually structured around a defined transition period followed by ongoing leadership on a monthly retainer.
How quickly can you start?+
Discovery typically begins within two weeks of a first conversation, with a structured handover shaped around your timeline - not ours.
Is everything confidential?+
Yes. Discovery calls, engagements and any subsequent conversations are treated in strict confidence. Nothing is disclosed without your explicit sign-off.
